Confetti Wall

Liven up your wall a bit by making one of the easiest accent walls ever – a confetti wall.

Lepard and Elefant Paintings hung on a white wall with gold confetti

Needed Materials

  • Dark Blue wall in entryway of a home

    Getting Started

If you are going with a much lighter color on the wall, first you need to prime the entire wall. Using FrogTape® Multi-Surface Painter's Tape, tape off your edges and trim, then prime.

  • Wall with rectangular splotches of gold painted on it

Using a small foam roller, roll on random strips of your “confetti” color.

  • Wall with gold confetti paint with strips of Green FrogTape Multi-Surface Painter's Tape taped to the confetti design

    Tape Off

Once dry to touch, place strips of FrogTape® Multi-Surface Painter's Tape onto the confetti color.

  • A hand applying Green FrogTape Multi-Surface Painter's Tape with a credit card to a large gold rectangular paint splotch.

Use a credit card or something similar to burnish the edges of the tape.

  • blank wall

Paint your desired wall color over the entire wall.

  • Green FrogTape Multi-Surface Painter's Tape being peeled off of a white wall to reveal a small crisp gold rectangle

After your final coat of paint, remove the FrogTape® while the paint is still wet.
